

Flexible Spending Account-FSA
If you enroll in the $0, $2500, or $6750 deductible PPO plan, you may contribute to a medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to help pay for your out of pocket medical expenses, using pre-tax dollars. You can choose to have up to $2,500 deducted from your paycheck on a Pre-tax basis which you can use for medical, dental, and vision expense, along with other FSA approved items. This is a carry-over plan.* Please remember to only contribute what you know you will be spending for the current plan year, as you cannot change this benefit throughout the year, and you will forfeit any amount that is not used.

You cannot contribute to the Flexible Spending Account and the Health Savings Account during the same year.
FSA is intended to be use with the PPO medical plans.
